Audience profile

Film

The film is a drama with an idea of revenge

It is aimed at 15-25 year old working class, people who are strugglers . this is because the rioters in the film are young and are in the working class. they are also unemployed or students that attend comprehensive schools. they are strugglers because they live a disadvantaged lifestyle.

Their annual income is very low because their parents might not have paid jobs or might not work at all, some even in a single parent families where the parent is living off benefits. This would also might impact disposal income because they might not be able to afford the materialistic luxuries themselves such as an Xbox, Nintendo ds etc. or will not have the advantage of going out some place nice or enjoyable such as the cinema or restaurants. They also cannot afford good clothing, so they may wear the same clothes over and over again.

They also live in an estates full of tall building blocks or crowded houses or apartments.

Because of these elements the audience may not have strong goals or any confidence like succeeders which will lead them to having an unhealthy lifestyle of drinking, hanging around friends all the time having no career or aspirations, eating unhealthily, being engaged with technology and might even participate in criminal activities.
